Eddy Peters

Eddy is a principal ITSM process consultant who combines a plus 25 years of IT experience with an interest of sharing knowledge. His IT background and current focus on process improvement activities, allow him to combine the theoretics of process integration with real-life examples, making his training always an enlighting experience.

Eddy is a certified ITIL expert and an active management participant of the Belgian itSMF Chapter. He is in close contact with thought leaders, making sure his knowledge is always current. He participates in the ITSM community, writing articles on topics which provide insight or challenge existing mind-sets.

Eddy is convinced that the most important resources in any Service Management activity are the involved people. Therefor his ambition is that the training creates awareness, not only because of learning new concepts, but also because of understanding human behaviour and the inherent need for collaboration. Only in applying the acquired concepts in your daily practice, further enabling the team dynamics, the service value stream will be improved and the training will pay off.
