Tinne is a young and dynamic HR professional.

Passionate about people and communication, training and competence development, and with a strong background in psychology, her main focus over the past few years has been on recruitment of IT resources.
In her interviews, Tinne focuses on an excellent candidate experience while connecting to the candidates’ values, motivation and career plan.

As part of her responsibilities, she is involved with many initiatives around employee health and wellbeing.

Tinne wholeheartedly believes that you are never too old to get to know yourself and discover where your strengths and your opportunities & challenges lie.

She is a certified MBTI trainer and guides participants to finding their MBTI-type through self-assessment and exercises.
The goal of the MBTI training is to understand our self and others better, learning to appreciate the many differences between people and finding ways to complement one another.
