ITIL® 4 Strategist - Direct, Plan & Improve (DPI)

Organizations are facing unprecedented challenges and increasing demand brought about by the emergence of new technologies. This new digital era is known as the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’, characterized by the digital transformation of our world and the unavoidable interaction between humans, digital technologies and physical assets. The Fourth Industrial Revolution is creating an increasingly fast-paced and complex environment, requiring organizations to be more agile, better equipped to adapt what they do, and ready to adopt new ways of working to succeed. To address this challenge, ITIL® 4 framework has developed several core modules.

As affiliate partner of Quint, CTG can propose the ITIL® 4 DPI strategist module including examination.

It provides an understanding how the ITIL® best practice can be adopted and adapted within an organisation, achieving a lasting value proposition. DPI focuses delegates on bringing IT and digital strategies to life. It provides strategist insight into new Service Management thinking as well as preparing delegates for the ITIL® 4 DPI Certificate examination.
