It provides an understanding how the ITIL® 4 best practice can be adopted and adapted within an organisation, achieving a lasting value proposition in your digital transformation journey. The MP fast track focuses delegates on all dimensions provided of the different modules. It provides a complete professional insight into new Service Management thinking as well as preparing delegates for all related modules exams.

The Managing Professional fast track provides overall practical and technical knowledge about how to run successful IT and digitally enabled services, teams and organisations using ITIL® 4 as guidance.
In order to start the ITIL 4 MP stream, professionals must be a certified ITIL v3 expert or have a minimum of 17 ITIL V3 credits.
Throughout the course, an accredited ITIL trainer and Service Management expert provides lectures. Different mock exams ensure an optimal preparation for the real certification exam. This format requires self-study to complete the understanding if the material.
The course can be given in English or Dutch. Course material is in English. The course and the exam are provided in cooperation with our ATO partner Quint and PeopleCert.
The course duration takes 5 days and is delivered in our state of the art CTG training academy. If needed, the client premise is an alternative, if PeopleCert requirements for training facilities are met.
The attendee will receive a voucher and plans it individually with PeopleCert.
To facilitate education during the pandemic, the course can be organised remotely. In close cooperation with the customer, and agenda will be planned. This are typically 7 half days. The participant will receive a voucher to plan his certification exams with PeopleCert.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the number of enrolled participants (minimum 2 participants required for the course to be organised).
This price is for 5 days. Exam fee, student workbook as well as the digital book are included by default.
The exam is an online certification under supervision of a remote PeopleCert proctor.
All prices are VAT excluded.
Lunch and beverages are included when opted for the onsite training at the CTG Academy.
Cancellation
By Participant: If a subscribed course participant postpones the attendence for the public courseto a later date, no cancellation costs apply. Note that the purchased voucher to take the remote exam remain valid for 1 year. A participant or a group that fails to attend, or that cancels a course without at least 15 working days written notice prior to the course start, is liable for the full subscription cost.
Replacement of a subscribed attendee by another participant after the ordering of the training material (typically 5 workdays), will be treated as a new subscription.

All classroom courses begin promptly at 9am and are scheduled until 5pm.
All courses are organised at the CTG premises in Diegem (Belgium) or can be given at the client site and are available for groups as well. Please contact us if you wish further information.
