User Story Mapping

Many of today’s projects start with the challenge of deciding what goes into the first release, of defining that one moment where you hit the perfect mark for your users.User Story Mapping is a technique that will gradually take you from idea to value in a very visual and understandable way.

During this 1-day workshop, participants will experience first-hand how to go from a vision to a shared plan of how you can transform that idea into a true customer journey. You will practice how to balance getting more details with building MVP’s and releases while keeping all parties involved and on the same page.
