Is it a game or is a course? It’s a gamified course. Gamification is a hot topic nowadays? CTG’s Project Management Course has been gamied for more than 10 years.. with success. The delegate’s feedback over the past 10 years has been unanomyous. The Project Management Game is the most practical and hands on course they ever had.
The Project Management Game aims at teaching the core project management notions and techniques based upon a real-life case study, that is interwoven in the training and that will serve as the story outline. The case is deliberately IT independent, allowing the trainees to focus on applying the typical project management topics, which are immediately applicable in day-to-day practice.
This course aims at teaching and/or improving the most common concepts and techniques, indispensable for each project manager, so that he/she is able to start up a project, to control it, and to close it succesfully.
The training is very practical oriented: all management notions and techniques will be exercised, based upon on an experienced based case study, that is interwoven in the training, and shall serve as the story outline. The case is deliberatly IT independent, allowing the trainees to focus on applying the typical project management topics, which are immeditately applicable in day-to-day practice.
This course is intended for experienced test engineers, junior test managers, project managers and quality managers.
Experience with managerial aspects within IT projects is required.
Throughout the course, an experienced trainer and project manager provides lectures and gives exercises based on real world projects.
Courses can be given in English or Dutch. Course material is in English.
A training room is not suited for gaming. The Project Game is run off site (As, Limburg Belgium) over 2 days including a “special” overnight stay.
Pricing
€ 1.250/person for a 2 day Game. All prices are VAT excluded; course material, overnight stay, breakfast, lunch, a special dinner and beverages are included.
Cancellation
By Participant: If a subscribed course participant is replaced by another participant or if the public course is postponed to a later date no cancellation costs apply. A participant or a group that fails to attend, or that cancels a course without at least 15 working days written notice prior to the course start, is liable for the full subscription cost.
By CTG: CTG reserves the right to cancel a course at any time.

The project game starts at 9 am and does NOT stop at 5 pm, meaning that game continues during the evening, when we leave the project control center in As, we will continue to game and learn…
The standard language of this course is English (can be given in Dutch if all participants are Dutch speaking)
