Visual Studio Test Professional is the test management solution from Microsoft based on the Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio technology. It is an integrated testing toolset that delivers a complete plan-test-track workflow for in-context collaboration between testers and developers, greatly increasing testers’ visibility to the overall project.
Visual Studio Test Professional integrates with Team Foundation Server, a platform used by testers, developers, and other team members to align and track project objectives. This integration ensures that testers can collaborate effectively throughout the entire development process.
Participants of this course will be introduced to working with Microsoft Test Manager. Microsoft Test Manager can be used to organise your test plans, build and manage your test cases, and run manual tests. This course will provide you with a basic understanding of how Microsoft Test Manager can be used to perform these activities.
Besides those basic activities, participants will see more advanced topics like Test Impact Analysis and Fast Forward Test Execution.
This course is intended for test engineers, test managers, project managers, quality mangers and/or any person who is in contact with the quality of an application.
