Behaviour driven development is becoming increasingly popular as a methodology to create high quality software products.
This course explores the history of agile development methodologies and how the need for BDD has emerged as a consequence. The different parts of BDD will be explained showing the benefits and pitfalls. Participants will learn about concepts like example mapping and the gherkin syntax in an interactive manner.
This course prepares the participants for the next course in this module: “Behaviour Driven Development with Cucumber and Selenium” which goes into more technical detail on the tooling part of BDD.

Everyone is free to take the course, however basic knowledge of Agile concepts is recommended.
Throughout the course, an experienced trainer and software testing expert provides lectures and gives exercises based on real world projects.
