The Phoenix Project™ business game is a game for 8 to 12 participants, which allows you to experience the dynamics of the book and the DevOps principles first-hand. We will use the challenges that had a devastating impact on Parts Unlimited and recreate their Phoenix Project to create the alignment needed, assuring all of IT focus on the needed business value delivery.
The Phoenix Project’s main focus is on Business – IT alignment. The game has been designed to translate DevOps theory into practice, and allows teams to experiment, explore and capture shared insights in a safe environment.
The principal roles will be taken by the participants, be it Retail Operations, HR Manager, CFO, VP of operations, VP of development, … Based on your role, you will participate in Parts Unlimited and search for enablement through improvements, issue addressing, application development, managing operations…
Depending on the intake session results, emphasis will be on your own specific needs and learning objectives. In general, these are the main objectives:
This simulation is targeted at all roles and employees in Business, IT Development and IT Operations who want to apply Lean, Agile and ITSM principles to improve the performance of their IT Services or to create more value out of their IT Solutions. This simulation is for organizations who want to develop their culture to achieve better collaboration and as a result, faster and error-free deployment of new IT Solutions.
There are no prerequisites.
Throughout the 1 day course, an accredited trainer and senior DevOps consultant lectures, shares experiences and gives exercises based on real world cases.
Courses can be given in English or in Dutch. Course material is in English.
The course duration is 1 days.
This course can be given at the client’s site or at CTG.
Cancellation
By
Participant: If a subscribed course participant is replaced by another
participant or if the public course is postponed to a later date, no
cancellation costs apply. A participant or a group that fails to attend,
or that cancels a course without at least 15 working days written
notice prior to the course start, is liable for the full subscription
cost.
By CTG: CTG reserves the right to cancel a course at any time.
Course Logistics
All classroom courses begin promptly at 9:00 am and are scheduled until 5 pm.
All
courses are organised at the CTG premises in Diegem (Belgium). All
courses can be given at the client site and are available for groups as
we ll. Please contact us if you wish further information. The standard
