This simulation will help to understand the challenges of scaling up new agile ways of working, what SAFe® is and how your organization can use it to support and enable your agile transformation.

This simulation is for managers and team leads to learn what SAFe® is all about and how to use it?
This simulation is also for employees who work in teams and want to learn how to apply SAFe® principles in their own work.
Before starting a SAFe® program or training, this simulation can be used to create a basic overview of what SAFe® is all about. This will increase the success rate of the program or training.
When finished a SAFe® training this simulation can support transferring knowledge from training to day to day work. Students can apply the theory into a realistic and safe learning environment to bring the knowledge to the level of understanding and applying.
No basic understanding required.
Throughout the 1 day course, an experienced and accredited SAFe® trainer lectures, shares experiences and gives exercises based on real world cases.
Courses can be given in English or in Dutch. Course material is in English.

The course duration is 1 day.
This course can be given virtual, or in person at your premises or at CTG.

Cancellation
By Participant : If a subscribed course participant is replaced by another participant or if the public course is postponed to a later date no cancellation costs apply. A participant or a group that fails to attend, or that cancels a course without at least 15 working days written notice prior to the course start, is liable for the full subscription cost.
By CTG: CTG reserves the right to cancel a course at any time.
Course Logistics
All classroom courses begin promptly at 9 am and are scheduled until 5 pm when courses are organised at the CTG premises in Diegem (Belgium).
