Facilitated Session Leader

A key success factor for any session, workshop or ceremony is the facilitator. He or she is the oil that makes the gears turn round.

This course will guide you through the process of becoming an excellent facilitator. With the help from experienced trainers and facilitators, you will learn what it takes to facilitate sessions with high quality outcomes.



Course Objectives

During this course you will learn:

  • How to facilitate sessions, workshops, ceremonies, etc. at your project and this through practical exercises and valuable feedback.
  • How to plan and prepare a facilitated session, making sure you invite the right people and get the right approach to reach your objective.
  • How to actually facilitate the session itself
  • What to do with the outcome of your session

Course Delivery

The best way to learn how to facilitate is by actually doing it. During this course you will get plenty of opportunities to practice what you have learned. Valuable feedback will help you improve your facilitation skills.

Experienced trainers and facilitators will assist you in this process.

The course duration is 3 days, offsite, with overnight stay.

The course requires a minimum of 6 participants. Maximum is 10 participants.
