This course is aimed at learning how, as a transformational leader, you can use a vision and compelling direction as an anchor to guide change and keep your team or teams motivated and on track.You will gain insights on what impacts a team and how you can develop their true potential.
This course is intended for anyone who wants or is expected to facilitate change and work with employee engagement. This can be either through a traditional role such as department heads, senior or middle management but also for people who find themselves in a champion or emergent leadership role.
Everyone is free to take the course, however having an active role or having experienced leadership in a changing environment is recommended.
We recommend this course to be part of the 3-day leadership track Compelling Vision and Direction - Coaching for Performance - Impact with Feedback.
The course is set up through a series of exercises, roleplaying scenario’s and discussions around recognisable situations that are based on real world projects. An experienced trainer will guide you through both the practical side as well as the theoretic framework behind these experiences.
Courses can be given in English or Dutch. Course material is in English.
The course duration is 1 day.

Cancellation
By Participant: If a subscribed course participant is replaced by another participant or if the public course is postponed to a later date, no cancellation costs apply. A participant or a group that fails to attend, or that cancels a course without at least 15 working days written notice prior to the course start, is liable for the full subscription cost.
By CTG: CTG reserves the right to cancel a course at any time.
