Coaching for performance

You’re having the performance meetings coming up with your team or with new team members and need to lay the groundwork for a successful working relationship yet you feel they need some additional drive and engagement.Team performance means identifying competencies and shortcomings in such a way that you can balance growing, and happy individuals and careers with clear goals while maintaining the team’s performance to reach their committed business targets while your focus needs to remain on fulfilling your leadership role.

In this course you will learn and employ passive and active approaches to open up communication within your team. You want to set clear goals, have them acknowledged while also taking away fears and doubts.

The goal is to build effective working or career plans that enable people to reach personal goals by following up on specific, actionable tasks they can execute, both on the level of getting the work done and on making the team get stronger.
